Apple cider vineg...The best salad dressing is: 1 T. Apple cider vinegar, 2. T OLIVE oil, 1 T fresh lime juice, 1 tsp, minced garlic, 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1 tsp. Onion and garlic powder, dried cilantro and salt pepper to taste. I am impressed with the amount of veggie you eat. We are lucky if we get a few carrot sticks. We eat lots of homemade bread with wheat we grind ourselves. Just had the best Philly cheesesteak and cheese hogie tonight, but no veggies hardly ever.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
