Ground Zero

We have been enjoying introducing Logan to those who love him and have been having fun with some comparisons:

Who do you see?

Ayden on top, Logan on the bottom.

Someone also asked us how we feel these first couple of days with our second compare with the first time around.  First of all, we are home instead of in the hospital which is AMAZING.  Other than that, on one hand it is much more relaxed.  We know what to do and have experienced everything that has happened so far before.  On the other hand, there is the added element of Ayden.

As far as Logan goes his adjustment so far has been better than I could have ever dreamed.  The tough part is that Ayden is a two year old who is going through a bit of a defiant phase (which started before Logan's arrival).  Keeping our energy and patience levels up while we help him work through that is tough while in the newborn haze.  Luckily we have a lot of family around to help us take care of him and give him change of scenery and distraction once in a while.  So it's not as tough as it could be for sure!

As far as Mr. Logan is concerned, so far he is a super mellow baby.  

*yawn*

I'll take mellow for as long as he will give it to us!
