Soaking It Up

We soaked up a lot of sunshine and happiness today:

My beekeeping mentor came with a new queen and helped split our yellow hive. Now we have 3!

While we were doing that David, his dad and a couple of his coworkers were hard at work on the front porch.

The boys and I headed to the farmer's market. Ayden picked out a tomato for himself and ate it like an apple on the spot.

Both boys fell asleep on the way home after we picked up pizza for everyone.

We had a pizza party picnic on the living room floor of the new house.

We went home to change into farm clothes (aka: okay to ruin clothes) and this happened:

Logan has been pulling himself up to standing.  I am seriously not ready for my baby to be doing this!

Then back out we went!

It is already starting to feel like home.

The more time we spend out there the more we want to spend out there!

When David got done mowing he had some quality time with the boys while I put the first honey super on our yellow hive!

I have a feeling that this will be a very fruitful year.

We squeezed one last thing into or day.  We met Davis's parents at a small festival that was being held in our town. There were food trucks, music, vendors and lots of sidewalk chalk. It was really fun!

We were all so tired by the end of the day  but we sure had a lot of fun!
