Exchanging Numbers

37 weeks, 3 days.

We had another rainy morning today!  David joined us at the farmer's market and we had a really great time, despite the rain.  It's funny because I've been seeing this particular couple and their three kids every week.  We get to the parking garage around the same time, visit the same farmers and usually even leave around the same time.  Today we ended up talking and found out we have a lot in common.  Two of their three births have even been at home!  We ended up exchanging numbers with plans to get together for a play date sometime soon. They seem like such a nice family and t's always nice meeting new, like minded people.

The rest of the day was pretty basic.   It stopped raining so David was off to work on the house while Ayden and I napped and went to the grocery store to stock up on things that we can't get at the farmer's market.  We warmed up leftovers for dinner (yam chicken and chard soup) and played outside while we waited for David to come home to eat with us.

They got the the barge rafters up (the rafters that hang over the sides)!

The right side is shorter because that is where the porch roof will meet up with the  roof of the house.

I am so proud of David and his dad.  They are working hard and it shows!
