Happy 1 Month, Logan!

WARNING:  LOTS of adorable photos ahead...  I couldn't help myself today.

Little Stud Muffin

Likes:
Everything about Mommy, eating, the Moby, being held, sleep (already sleeping 5 hours), hearing Ayden laugh, sleeping on Daddy at night.

Dislikes: Being awake when he'd rather be sleeping, being touched with cold hands...  That might be it.

He is smiling, can easily move his head from side to side during tummy time and makes lots of eye contact with us.  He has grown so much!  He is already in 0-3 month clothes.  They are a little big but the newborn size is just too tight to wrestle him into.

Already looking up to Big Bro.

Newborn Logan on top, 1 month Logan on bottom.

Ayden on top, Logan on bottom.
Ready for story time this morning.
We are feeling so incredibly blessed with these two and each other.

Logan took a stellar afternoon nap today so I took a chance and gave Ayden a much needed haircut.

Success!
We spent most of the evening outside.

1 month in and adjusting well!  Things can get pretty crazy all of the sudden but for the most part I'd say we are doing better than we had ever expected.

House news: David, his dad, and a friend got two of the four second story windows installed safe and sound!

  1. He is so cute and Ayden looks like such a big boy next to him. Sounds like he is thriving and you're all doing really well! Is he already holding his head up in the Moby picture..? Where did you get that particular wrap by the way, the colours are beautiful.

Of course you are too busy at the moment, but at some point it would be great if you could share ideas for how you keep Ayden occupied while you are feeding Logan etc. You are really creative with that kind of thing and I loved the playdoh press idea.

One month! Well done to all of you for doing so well so far!

    1. Thank you! He is holding his head up. He's been doing that since the day he was born and is starting to hold it up for longer and longer periods of time. That wrap is a MobyD that I purchased at a consignment event. I am not sure if they still sell them. I like the Moby D because it has a woven panel so it is a little more supportive. It is also a little shorter so it's better for when I have to put a wrap on while at a public place or outside. I will try to put together a post on some big bro busy activity ideas soon. That really can be a challenge!
